FISH WAS MARINATED WITH CRUSHED ROCK SALT , CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER CORN , FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE , COLD PRESSED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL ,LEAVE IN REFRIGERATOR OVER NIGHT.
I REGRETED THAT I JUST USE THE REGULAR KNIFE TO CUT THE FISH , THE CUTTING EDGE DOESN'T LOOK TOO NICE .
b): GRILL ZUCCINI , WITHOUT USING ANY OIL
c): FRESH MARZARELLA CHEESE WITH VEGETABLE SALAD (CHEESE WAS CUT INTO SMALL CUBE SIZE), DRESSING WITH BASAMIC VINEGAR AND COLD PRESSED EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL .
THE BOTTLE OF THIS BASAMIC VINEGAR IS SO GOOD , I REALLY LIKE IT VERY MUCH .
