沙拉酱原料:
1瓣儿蒜,压成蒜泥(可省略)
1到2茶勺蜂蜜
2大勺葡萄甜醋(balsamic vinegar)
2大勺初榨橄榄油
1小撮现磨的黑胡椒碎
盐适量
取一个小碗,将蒜泥,蜂蜜,甜醋,橄榄油,胡椒和盐都放在里面,使劲搅拌到酱汁融合在一起,不会分层为止。
