我跟你的用法差不多,这LC的shallow就比staub的braiser高一厘米多吧,shape是一样的。
回答: 我用SHALLOW的时候多是稍微炒下或是煎下再炖,炖完直接上桌,或者吃火锅时用;BRAISER主要做海鲜饭、或者不需要汤水的烤肉
