Check out this eggplant dish, very easy and tasty

I used most common American eggplants, it tastes even better than Chinese eggplants. Just cut it into four quarters.
I used bacons instead of smoked pork and no preserved duck eggs.

Chef Tiegang is very good at cooking eggplants, his recipe works every time.
It doesn't take long time and uses very little cooking oil.
