炸鱿鱼圈＋避风塘大虾＋蒜香鳕鱼＋蔬菜两道

最近做的几道菜.

鱿鱼，我和老公都喜欢. 老公觉得我鱿鱼做得最好的一次是在巴塞罗那渡假时，在la boqueria food market买的新鲜鱿鱼，拿回租的公寓自己做的尖椒炒鲜鱿，鱿鱼新鲜，肥嫩，再加上厨师的手艺，想不美味都难：）

也是在那次渡假时，学到了新知识，鱿鱼要吃母的，肥嫩，记得一个午后，跟老公在海滨大道逛得有些饿了，找了家餐馆，服务生跟我说那天的鱿鱼非常好，都是早上才送来的，而且都是母的，也就从他那里知道了鱿鱼是吃母的好.

这个炸鱿鱼圈（Fried Calamari) 只要餐馆菜单上有，我们都会点. 我自己做的也不错，觉得比有些餐馆的好吃：））

做法：

1. 鱿鱼圈半磅，韩国店买的盒装的，质量不错

2. 面粉半杯

3.蒜粉2大匙

4.干的欧芹2小匙

5.鸡蛋1个，打散

盐和黑胡椒粉适量

把面粉，蒜粉，欧芹，盐，黑胡椒粉混合在碗里，锅里烧热油.

鱿鱼圈用厨用纸擦干，在蛋液里滚一下，再在面粉里滚一下，稍稍抖一下，分批放入热的油锅里，炸约一分钟，翻面，看到鱿鱼圈“变”硬时，捞出，放在铺了除用纸的盘子里，这个是为了吸掉些油.这样分批炸完即可.

4. 蒜香鳕鱼. 鳕鱼撒盐和黑胡椒粉，面粉里拖一下. 锅里放油，把鳕鱼两面煎煎到熟，起锅装盘. 锅里留油，放豆瓣酱，蒜蓉，炒香，放酱油，搅匀,淋在鳕鱼上,撒上葱花即可

7.尖椒炒大白芸豆, 不能确定是否是芸豆角，在农夫市场买的. 豆角有些厚，我用罐装鸡汤煨了哈
