马来风光 （辣炒空心菜）

 
 

马来风光是比较典型的马来炒青菜，这道菜要有好的叁巴辣椒酱，油稍微大一些，火候也要足，才会好吃。如果這些条件都具備了，在家里做也很好吃的喔！

 

材料：

1 大把旱通菜/空心菜 （摘嫩叶嫩杆）

3 大匙 叁巴辣椒酱

1 tbsp 蒜蓉

2 tbsp 碎虾米 （虾干泡热水，切碎）

盐适量

红辣椒一根切片

 

  1. 锅里下2-3 大匙油，如果不怕油，可以再多一大匙。把蒜蓉和虾米爆香，加入叁巴辣椒酱，炒出红油。

  2. 倒入空心菜，快速翻炒，下一点盐调味。倒入红辣椒片，翻炒匀就好了。
