Not good, has MSG inside

I've checked the ingredients, there's MSG added.
Don't want to get dementia or cancer so not buying it anymore. Dumped the bottle I already had.
Some fish sauce from Vietnam has MSG also. Should avoid it.
MSG has free agents that destroy shells of cells, definitely not good for health.
Don't know why Chinese using so much MSG and chicken powder in food.
They're pretty much the same thing. 
I don't even dine out at Chinese restaurants for the same reason.
