长周末小爬梯 - Paella Dinner Party
好不容易盼到了长周末, 想跟好朋友们热热闹闹的聚聚, 本想也来BBQ, 可是大家都吃不下大肉了, 就还是来我喜欢的大锅饭.
周六在Costco 买菜碰到一老美太太也在买材料准备第二天的Paella Party. 我们交流了一下彼此的经念. 看来还真的很多人爱做Paella请客. 我觉得比BBQ有趣.

材料:
准备: 鸡腿肉腌过, 鸡汤加藏红花烧开, 洋葱, 红椒切丁, 蒜切碎, 香肠切片, 海鲜泡盐水,沥干,
凉拌菜: 番茄, 鲜奶酪, 烤的茄子和西葫瓜, marinated artichoke, pesto sauce, caper, basil olive oil.
这道菜很受欢迎, 看来又可加入我的保留菜.
杂粮面包 - Multi-grain Bread:

Dipping oil: basil olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh oregano, garlic, chili pepper
头台: Cantaloupe and prosciutto:
Cheese, dried cherry tomatoes, nuts, cured salami, Brie cheese, blue cheese, cracker,
Arugula salad: with pear, red onion, dried cranberry, roasted slivered almonds, shaved Parm cheese,
Dressing: Dressing: lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
甜点: Flan
