卤味煲仔饭

每个月都会去首尔大林洞的中国城买些吃的 - 油条，包子，蔬果，零嘴，酱料，卤味等待。。。比较喜欢那里的麻辣鸭头/鸭脖子/鸭胗/鸭掌，通常热一热就直接吃了，喝点酒。试着用麻辣卤下水做煲仔饭，很好吃！

材料 ：丝苗米，卤下水，蒜苗，卤汁，煎鹌鹑蛋。

做法 ：丝苗米洗净置砂锅里煮饭，九分熟后摆上卤鸭胗/鸡肝/鸭肠/鸡心，上盖焖几分钟，放进鹌鹑蛋/蒜苗，淋上少许卤汁，香喷喷。。。
