3。 虾一磅剔净沙肠，

 

4。加入适量酱油，料酒，糖，味精，白胡椒粉，姜葱(剁成末) 和淀粉，搅拌均匀

 

5。下热油锅即可。

个人感受：这个菜出彩且容易做。

只要你愿意， 在家里要花20分钟的时间，用少于餐馆价的1/2的银子就可以搞定。
