All these food has nothing to do with Chinese food.
Chinese didn't invent Italian pasta, Italians learned it from the ancient nomads from Iraq.
There wasn't wheat production in China till Han dynasty, so ancient Chinese people ate rice only.
Wheat planting started from ancient Mesopotamia or today's Iraq area.
It was the silk road that brought wheat around the world.
