I'd say good efforts and it's fun but not worth it.
It won't take twenty five minutes for me to make one hundred hand made wrappers.
In my family no one can eat more than eight pan fried dumplings per meal so my skills are wasted, 
so is your time spend on operating the machine.
Interesting though.
I'd use it as a homemaking project for my daughter when she's old enough.
