京五山汤叶豆腐

很久以前猫姐就跟我提起过日本的京五山彩色嫩豆腐，对那清鲜味道和嫩滑口感赞不绝口，这次空投了六块，用海鲜来搭配。将豆腐摆盘，撒上葱丝，摆上烫熟的伞贝和虾仁，海鲜高汤烧开后勾琉璃芡， 淋于材料上即可。这道菜主吃豆腐的清香鲜嫩，不必放太多调味料，少许盐即可。我最喜欢粉红色的，是紫苏的味道，好香！
