bread machine yeast能做毛毛妈的碗仔米发糕吗？

看了毛毛妈做碗仔米糕的方子想做来玩，但家里没有instant yeast,只有面包机用的 bread machine yeast，想问问能代替吗？还是需要专门去买了再做？谢谢！
