【年滋味】之一『烤年糕】

话说过年的气氛是自个儿拱起来的!
群里热火朝天地讨论聚会的菜式，甜点。
年糕是应景先锋→年年高升嘛! 揽下这个名头后，着实费了许多功夫挑recipe. 烤年糕，蒸年糕各试了一个方子，虽说口味和糯香程度都说得过去，但总觉得与内心佳品的定位有点距离。 YouTube上的Video也看了好些个，终下不决心。 昨儿个又得一方子，忍不住晚上拉开架势烤了一把。感觉年糕的白糯糕脂都到位。妥，就它了！ (配料：莲蓉，Pecans)
