Only specialty butcher shop may sell it. For small batches like a single family portion, it doesn't worth the effort.
Neighborhood Vietnamese restaurant makes it, pretty good.$7-$8 an order.
The problem is the fish sauce, it causes some allergic reaction to my hu*****and's gums.
So not everyone in my family can enjoy it.
Not all the restaurants use the same recipes for the stock though.
Hard to say what causes the allergy.So we seldom visit Asian restaurants,
especially Chinese food. Only fried rice kinda of safe to eat.
