不要”先剥皮，再用刀子慢慢的刮内层的白瓢“，那太慢了。

柚子不要剥皮，而是直接用小刀把外皮像削苹果皮一样削下来，此时柚子是硬的，削皮很容易。当然如果用一种特殊的削皮刀或者刨丝刀就更好了，但估计老中厨房可能多数没那个，那就小刀也可以，很快的。
