Rau Om (Limnophila aromatica) (Rau Om)

This herb is commonly called by its Vietnamese names Rau Om or Rau Ngo in Hawaii. It is usually heavily irrigated and can sometimes be found growing under flooded conditions. The aroma is unique and difficult to describe. It is used in Asian dishes such as sour soups.
