Allergic to any kind of fish.
You should take a dictionary to grocery store or check out fish cooking online.
The problem is Chinese site like meishij.com doesn't have fish sold in U.S and Americans definitely
don't cook whole fish like Chinese do. Fish heads and bones are unacceptable here.
So you're screwed on this.
Fish is very likely polluted if fresh water so better choose fish files of salmon, cod sold at stores.
Battered with bread crumbs and do whatever needed, deep fry, pan fry, bake, steam.
