邻居请客：正宗巴基斯坦菜

我邻居Sabrina是巴基斯坦人，平常我们小朋友常常一起玩。上次我请大家来家里sushi party，她就说下次她要请我们吃一顿正宗巴基斯坦菜。昨天早上我们9点就到她家了，大家一边学做菜一边聊天，开心的时间过得好快啊。

上菜啦。


黄瓜和yogurt沙拉


前菜是chickpeas，配的是两种不同的酱，薄荷口味的和tamarind口味。配着一种脆脆的小饼吃，还要加上黄瓜yogurt沙拉。

主菜是tandoori chicken


全部都在这里，除了一锅lentil还在炉子上。


lentil用了turmeric, cumin和chili powder调味，味道真的很棒。


吃饱了还有印度茶


我是第一次见到这个tea cozy，用来保温茶壶的。


配茶的甜点：cherry pie，葡式蛋挞，印度Ras Malai。


这是印巴最有名的甜点：paneer泡在cream中，用cardamon调味。
