一滴油也没有的简易日式午餐寿司爬梯

我有一群要好的邻居妈妈，小朋友开学了，妈妈们也有空了，请她们来我家午餐爬梯。这次的主题是日本菜，特别请我一个好朋友来教我们做寿司。很好玩！大家都动手，自己做的特别美味呢。

 

除了寿司，我还准备了一些菜。

 

 

照烧三文鱼，用sake，mirin，酱油一比一调的照烧酱，broil大约8分钟。

 

芝麻豆子，芝麻先烤香，用blender打碎，加mirin和酱油，拌起来，很香很香。

 

edamame

 

买的海带牙沙拉

 

秋葵，加了一点点柴鱼干

 

miso汤，海带牙，蘑菇和豆腐

 

 

黄瓜沙拉，用米醋，芝麻，mirin调味

 

米饭压紧

 

加上好料，开卷了

菜式非常简单，但是邻居妈妈都觉得很好玩，很开心，短短的几个小时真是一段美好的时光。Nothing makes me happier than making a beautiful healthy meal for my family and friends.
