《宝煲家常》腐皮葱香肉，油爆虾，酸辣黄瓜，

腐皮葱香肉；





腐皮一包，肉末少许，葱、姜、盐…先将肉末放入葱花、少少姜末，用刀再加工剁细，并不时加入水，剁至粘稠


将鲜腐皮一切为二，包入肉末，用刀拍整成型，



入高温油二次，一次成型至熟，再复炸至酥脆，改刀装盆既成。
