零食小点 -- 香辣腰果 （Masala Kaju）

 

 

公公婆婆来的时候买了一大包的腰果没吃完。上个周末去朋友家聚会的时候我就做了这个香辣腰果。

 

很受欢迎呢！

 

 

材料：

1- 1.5 磅 腰果

2-3 tbsp 酥油/Ghee

 

调味；

1 tsp Garam Masala

1.5 tsp 孜然粉

2 tsp 盐 （或适量）

1-2 tbsp 辣椒粉

1 tbsp Chaat Masala    Optional

 

在一口厚重的锅里加入腰果，煸炒5分钟，加入酥油，继续煸至香气出来之后，加入所有的调味料，快速翻炒至腰果变金黄色。冷却之后装入密封的罐子里即可。
