Chinese, especially Chinese women do not like American foods.  Most food posted here are classic chinese cuisines,  lots of overseas smart, capable, and highly educated chinese women try to use the foreign food material to cook into authentic tasteful chinese food.  You cannot deny their efforts and wonderful food they created...
