bread machine does a very good job

It makes you spend much less time worrying about quality of buns.
It always perfectly knead and rise dough. Never fail.
You don't need do anything but shape them and rise again for 10 minutes.
Then steam up!
I don't like hardened steam buns, so bread machine type
steam buns are just right for me.
But you still have to put the raw buns into your steamer, ha!
I'd rather use the machine to make bread if I'm too tired and lazy.
