北方水煎包

几点经验之谈：
1。白菜要焯了，然后剁成馅，挤出来的菜汁留着和肉馅用。
2。先将油和调味料放在肉里面，一个方向搅上劲，然后倒入菜汁再如此搅成馅。
3。发面要等足够的时间，包好后也要等包子重新发起来，煎好后也需要再等上5，6分种。
4。先将包子煎到略微金黄，然后加少许水，盖上锅盖，煎至水干。
