刚一岁的儿子不喜欢吃肉,做爸妈的想方设法让他吃点。他上托儿所,带的所有吃的都是用手吃的。
上次还来私房问大家,得到一些同学的热心回答。在此再次谢谢回答的同学。
好象不少小孩都不愿意吃肉,从现在开始,我把儿子喜欢吃的跟大家分享。希望对家有同样问题的同学有帮助。
双职工加上一岁的小孩,时间有限,所做的都是比较简单。为了节省时间,我就用英文好了。写的时候匆匆忙忙,可能语法用词有误,请原谅。

Chicken legs cooked with slow cooker
2 packages of chicken legs from Costco, 5 legs per package
Seasoning materials:
1. One cup of low-sodium soy sauce
2. A little black pepper
3. A little sugar
4. Two table spoons of minced garlic
5. ~1 cup of chicken broth or water
1. Mixed seasoning materials 1-4 in a bowl
2. Wash all the chicken legs and put them in a slow cooker
3. Pour the seasoning mixture onto the slow cooker
4. Rinse the bowl with chicken broth or water (item #5), and add it to the slow cooker. The level of the liquid in the slow cooker is just enough cover the chicken legs
5. Turn the slow cooker on High for half an hour (this is not critical), then turn it to Low when leaving for work
6. Turn it off after getting back from work and picking up my son.
My son seems to like this chicken leg a lot.
