朋友们,还记得在国内从小到大无论是学校还是单位食堂都会有的这道菜吗?

是的, 显而易见这道菜叫豆腐衣包肉, 但是在上海无论是学校还是单位的食堂里, 它有一个雅号叫"黄酱". 我知道在北京, 黄酱是一种酱料(虽然我并不知道北方的黄酱是一种什么酱), 但是在上海, 凡是食堂里, 这个菜就叫黄酱.

现在半夜12:09, 先睡觉了, 3点半爬起来去钓石斑鱼.
