我做春饼(单饼),蒸饺通常用半烫面,做油盐饼有时也用半烫面,但总的感觉是油盐饼总要比单饼做的厚,而且加了盐会比不烫面要硬一些,其实关系都不很大,凭喜好。谢谢关注!
