新鲜出炉的酥皮火腿月饼，豌豆樱桃夹心月饼

点缀核桃的是酥皮火腿月饼，点缀芝麻的是豌豆樱桃夹心月饼

原料图豌豆黄，意大利火腿，蜜汁樱桃，酥皮

火腿馅料，切小丁加果仁

先把馅料弄成团状，再从冰箱取出酥皮，冷却的酥皮是饼皮层次分明的关键。这块酥皮分成12小份。
