老黃瓜湯

 

今年种的黄瓜长势不好，就懒得收成它，又因为这里的中国超市没看见过有老黄瓜卖，我就让仅有的几根挂着一直长成老黄瓜，然后拿来炖汤喝。老黄瓜汤下火滋润，是秋季解燥润肤非常有效的老火汤水。

 

材料:

1 根 老黄瓜

5-6 块 猪骨头或排骨

5-6 颗 干贝/蚝干

6-8颗红枣/黑枣

 

调味：

盐 适量 （大约 1 tsp）

 

老黄瓜用丝瓜布或者刷子刷干净，切块对半把种子和瓜心挖掉丢弃。把老黄瓜切成块状。

猪骨汆烫洗净，然后装满3/4锅的水，把猪骨和干贝/蚝干洗净加入，大火煮滚，转小火熬一个小时。

加入老黄瓜和红枣/黑枣，再炖煮35-45分钟，加盐调味。
