大型沙拉 - “ jungle salad “



接连上了很多肉肉, 影响很不好, 很抱歉,



1 bag of Arugula, 芝麻菜
3 heirloom tomatoes, 番茄,
Fresh Mozzarella cheese, 新鲜马苏里拉奶酪
1 can Chickpeas, 鹰嘴豆
½ LB farfalle pasta, cooked, 意面
1/4 Red onion, 红洋葱
3 hardboiled eggs, 水煮蛋,
2 Avocadoes, 牛油果,
2 can of Albacore Tuna, 金枪鱼罐头，
1 Korean pear , 水梨,
¼ cup fresh sweet basil, 新鲜罗勒


Dressing: 用blender 打碎以下东西,
Extra-virgin olive oil, 初榨橄榄油
Lemon juice, 柠檬汁
Parmesan cheese, 帕玛森奶酪,
Fresh sweet basil, 新鲜罗勒
Pine nuts, 松子,
Garlic, 蒜,
Salt & pepper, 盐和胡椒
