意式的酸辣鱼面 - Spaghetti Puttanesca with halibut

意式的酸辣鱼面 - Spaghetti Puttanesca with halibut

以前做这酱来拌面, 这回是一酱两用, 这酱配鱼也很好吃.

酱的用料:

3 TB 初榨橄榄油, Extra-virgin Olive oil

蒜泥, 4-5粒,

干辣椒末, 1 tsp

橄榄油浸泡小咸鱼, anchovy, 6条,

牛至, fresh oregano, 2TB

罗勒, fresh basil, 2TB

3罐碎番茄, diced tomato , 14-OZ can

2 TB 酸花蕾, capers,

1/2 c 切碎的橄榄油浸黑橄榄, kalamata olives

欧芹, Parsley

胡椒,

1 LB 意面, Spaghetti, 用盐开水煮熟,

鱼片, halibut fish fillet, 擦干水份, 撒上盐和胡椒, 用油煎金黄.

橄榄油炒香小咸鱼, 边炒边压碎, 加干辣椒末, 蒜泥炒香, 加番茄, 牛至, 罗勒, 烧滚, 再加黑橄榄, 酸花蕾, 略烧干一点汁, 就好了,

取一部分酱用来倒在煎好的鱼上,

剩下的酱里, 倒入煮好的 意面, 拌匀, 装盘, 洒上欧芹, 胡椒, 淋上橄榄油
