酱汁煎茄柳，笋干烧肉

酱汁煎茄柳

今天搞了新菜, 很喜欢.

茄子切条, 蒸软后, 用平底锅, 加少量油煎成金黄色, 淋上酱汁, 就好了.

酱汁: 大约是 3TB ketchup, 2TB 泰式蒜味甜辣酱, 1tsp 醋. 味道是蒜香甜酸辣. 是我用来做meatloaf glaze 用剩的, 也是我临时瞎搞的, 很棒.












笋干烧肉,

笋干泡软, 切薄片,

五花肉切小块, 先用一点油中火煸炒吐油, 加白糖再炒成焦红色, 加笋干片炒干, 再加黄酒, 冰糖, 姜片, 葱段, 酱油, 水, 慢火炖酥烂, 就好了.
