When we were kids we all ate Mantou with sesame paste and sugar. Just slice Mantou and put a layer of sesame paste, then some sugar on top of the sesame paste. It's just a snack. I actually think you can eat any dish with Mantou just like some people eat anything with rice. I eat Mantou almost every meal and love it. Good luck!
