牛油果, 黄瓜, 青葱, 青柠檬汁, 青辣椒, 香菜, 牛至








沙拉:

Baby arugula, 小波斯黄瓜, 刨片,



牛油果切瓣, 水煮蛋切片, 菊苣(radicchio), 甜洋葱, 切丝,



农夫菜场买了两个红黄甜菜头 (beets), 用水煮熟, 去皮, 切片,




羊奶酪, 松子, 蔓越莓干




浇上: 用柠檬汁, 橄榄油, 芥末酱, 蜂蜜, 盐, 胡椒, 打成的酱,









来点蛋白质, 奶酪 (tomato & basil jack cheese),




还要有碳水化和物, 烤馒头片,



烤香肠, 烤糙米年糕 (粘枫糖浆吃, 甜点哈),




送朵花给大家!
