别怨厨房：凉拌茼蒿，猪骨结瓜靓汤，福建蒜茸糖醋排骨。

今天是美国的父亲节吧，祝战斗在海外的父亲们以及父亲的父亲们节日快乐！几个小菜以表寸心。。。

凉拌茼蒿：

原料：茼蒿一把。

做法：烧一锅水，水滚放入茼蒿立刻将茼蒿撂出，用筷子拨凉，盐，鸡精或是味精，香油拌之即成。

猪骨节瓜靓汤：

原料：猪脊骨650克，节瓜一个。

做法：猪骨飞水洗净，另加水适量，1/2tsp白胡椒粉，姜片一二，小葱一个打结，待水滚改文火，至少一个半小时，加1/2tbs盐，节瓜去皮留子切片放入，煮至节瓜熟为好。

福建蒜茸糖醋排骨：

这是一道冷盘菜。。。

原料：700克精排或叫美国排骨

做法：用1tbs生粉，1/2tsp白胡椒粉，1/4tsp盐腌切好的排骨，半小时以上。

1/3cup镇江香醋，1/4cup生抽，1tbs老抽，1/2cup水，1/2tsp鸡精，6tbs糖，1个花椒，略煮尝试你喜欢的甜酸度，生蒜一个捣碎放入待用。

起锅放油，烧油至油温---放入筷子可见浸入油里筷子头周围有小气泡，放入腌好的排骨，炸至排骨呈金黄色，我喜欢略炸过一些，将炸好的排骨控油后立刻放入调好的上述调料中。吃时随取装盘。
