感觉只有中国人或日本人才对摆盘那么执着:家里做菜也要摆得跟工艺品一样。甚至牺牲味道、浪费食物来满足所谓的色相……
那倒不是,现在中国菜普遍摆得比西餐漂亮。不过干嘛要摆那么漂亮呢?
