土豆的另类吃法……椒盐土豆

椒盐土豆：







土豆几个，面包糠少许、



土豆蒸熟，待凉去皮入塑袋弄碎，加入葱花、盐、花椒粉、鸡蛋一个拌匀……



搓成长方体，滚上面包糠300F油温炸成型略黄即可，



吃时沾点椒盐，真的好好吃，外脆内酥，口口生香。



也可沾蕃茄汁吃，又是另一感觉……





最后再来个山寨“地三鲜”
