急问，铸铁锅粘不粘？

刚买了个平底铸铁锅，死沉，又在网上看到另一款，也是铸铁锅，但是内壁有陶瓷涂层，说不粘啦，价格贵一倍多~~~

我要不要把刚买的退了啊，普通的铸铁锅煎个蛋皮什么的粘么？

谢谢！另外，陶瓷涂层对身体健康么？
