回味那遥远的儿时味道2 ......苏州豆腐干、田螺塞肉…

小时心目中最近的旅游胜地是苏州杭州，当时曾有一句：上有天堂、下有苏杭，可见苏杭在沪人心中的地位，杭州的“天外天”“楼外楼”可不是我们当时随便能出入的，但苏州就不同了，只要一到苏州……有一种小吃是每人必须的，价廉物美，每小盒2角，你知那是什么吗？那就是“苏州豆腐干”它软硬适度、入口甘甜，回味无穷。想啊，如今己N年没吃到过了，怎么办？山寨的力量是无穷的，做、自己做，虽不正宗，但吃的是一种感觉一种意念

苏州豆腐干：





老豆腐一盒，改成小方块，沥干水份油炸至外皮脆硬，内微软即可捞出，锅留少油，煸炒八角至香加酱油、重糖、水和炸过的豆腐干，大火烧开、小火入味，再大火收汁……哇…那个味呀，一下子把你拉到了过去。





笃笃笃，买糖粥，三斤葡萄四斤壳，吃侬肉，还侬壳，张家老伯伯，门侬讨只小黄狗，狂、狂、狂！耳边的童谣在缠绕，而眼前仿佛也出现了一个个又大又香的……那就是田螺……

田螺塞肉；







急冻田螺十只，肉酱少许，葱、姜、蒜仔、酱油、糖……田螺去肉断尾洗净切粹加少许生粉拌入肉酱，塞入螺壳中，热锅冷油煸炒蒜仔姜葱至香，倒入田螺、调料焖煮10分钟即可，那个鲜呀，打呢光勿肯放……
