我和老公一起做的四川腊肠,

我家老公最爱吃四川腊肠,因为买不到现成的.所以非常热情地自动手做.买了6lb的肉我切的.其它的他全包了.调料是在中國店买现成的,肉洗净切好,拌进去腌两个小时就好了.
弄完就是这样.

昨天天气很晴朗,俺休息,把腊肠放到deck上去sun dry一天了,想了一个好主意---就用衣架晾香肠吧.


有个问题想向大家请教一下,上次我们做腊肠是学的用烤箱薰干的,是要扎孔的.这次的料上说不能烤熟法,今天看了一下,好象腊肠还很软,要不要也要扎孔才干的快哪? 谢谢.
