【活动】给大家拜个早年：豆瓣鱼，糖醋莲白

豆瓣全鱼 (视频)

材料: 1条罗非鱼（tilapia), 约2磅; 2汤匙辣豆瓣酱，切碎; 8瓣大蒜，切碎;2汤匙姜末;4根葱，切细;1汤匙酱油;1汤匙醋;1汤匙糖;1汤匙料酒;1茶匙盐;1汤匙淀粉，用2汤匙水混合;4汤匙菜籽油 （canola oil);1杯水

做法: 1 先将鱼里外用纸擦干，在鱼两面分别切3斜刀，里外摸上盐。 2 平底锅里加2汤匙油直中火。干煎鱼，每一面2分钟。盛出鱼。 3 锅内加入2汤匙油，爆香姜，蒜，豆瓣酱，约1分钟。 4 加入白糖，酱油，醋，和料酒，混匀。加水，让它煮沸。 5 当水开了，放入鱼。盖锅，煮10分钟左右。其间往鱼上浇汤汁一到两次。 6 将鱼盛出装入盘里。锅里加入葱和湿淀粉，煮约1分钟。 7 最后将锅里汤汁浇在鱼上，撒上剩下的葱花。即成。

糖醋莲白 (视频):

材料:半个莲白，手撕;4片姜;2只干辣椒，去籽;1茶匙糖;1茶匙醋;1/2茶匙盐;2汤匙油菜籽油 （canola oil)

做法: 1 锅中加入油直中火，煸香生姜和辣椒，约1分钟。 2 将火调高，加入莲白，煸炒约2分钟。 3 加糖，盐和一半的醋，炒约1分钟。 4 最后加入剩余的醋。即成。
