红坊家常菜（4）迟到的2011年圣诞晚餐

 明天就是2011年最后一天了，来到这里一晃就要半年了，看看红坊，也就这么一块砖一块瓦的搭起来了。回头看看自己写的做的东西，虽然经常被俺家LD横挑鼻子竖挑眼的拎出来說事儿，但回过头再来总结一下，原来喝咖啡的和吃大蒜的就是不一样。看来今后俺家的大蒜都改浇咖啡种了…家和万事兴这是中国人的一句老话，我想只要彼此时时刻刻都怀着一份感恩的心，生活就一定是幸福和快乐的……今年俺俩在家度过了一个浪漫，温馨的圣诞夜。

在这里还要感谢私房的所有朋友，认识大家我们很开心。祝大家圣诞快乐！！

俺知道圣诞是个洋节，怎么也该整个火鸡什么的，看到大家不是火鸡，就是蛋糕，真想找条小船划过去蹭吃算了。上帝既然不给咱掉火鸡、蛋糕，俺就乖乖的吃中餐过洋节吧！

1. 冷素三拼： 凉拌豆腐丝  什锦腐竹   四喜烤麸

2. 冷荤双拼：  酱牛肉  麻辣肚丝

 

3.  家常豆腐

 

4.  腌笃鲜

材料（ 腌渍冬笋   鲜笋    腊肉  鸡腿  鸡骨架  牛筋   猪肚）   比不上宝哥的正宗，俺家LD也给了高分。
