女人吃喝团－－甜密党聚会12032011

这次甜蜜党聚会：大吃猪蹄牌水饺！

我们的女人吃喝团部份成员在10月金秋时节有回国FB的，有去欧洲旅行的，有一阵子没在家里聚了。
      这次甜蜜党聚会大概是今年最后一次了。过节了，很多的家庭又要出门远行。为了让大家都有参与，庄主打算让大家齐上，自己动手包饺子。

全家福：

饺子有猪肉韭菜馅的，和羊肉西葫芦馅的。


大家齐动手，一会儿的功夫5。6盘的饺子就都包出来了，除了肉馅是店里绞好的，其它都是手工操作出来的，绝对都是神造猪蹄牌水饺：


羊肉西葫芦馅的先煎出来：


成品：


猪肉韭菜馅的是煮出来的：


凉拌茄子：
1。茄子和蘑菇煮烂或蒸熟，茄子撕开，
2。大蒜捣成蒜泥，再加盐醋香油调味，
3。和撕好的茄子拌在一齐。


自家地里的香椿：


香椿炒鸡蛋：
做法：
1、香椿洗净，开水中略焯后捞出切碎；
2、鸡蛋打散成蛋液，与刚才的香椿碎混合后，加少许盐搅拌均匀；
3、锅中倒油，热后倒入混合蛋液，翻炒1-2分钟，炒散后出锅即可。
久违了，新型香椿的味道！！


镶辣子：
辣子镶肉后量面煎熟，
用蚝油，酱油，葱姜蒜末，淀粉调芡淋在煎好的辣子上就OK了。

糟卤鸭杂：鸭杂煮烂，用糟卤泡上，1－2天，吃时再切片：
