can be used with your breadmaker.

I use this one from maomaomom:

用料:
1:中筋面粉(All purpose flour) 3 1/3杯加泡打粉(Baking Powder)2茶匙拌匀。
2:温水1.5杯(不烫手),糖1大匙,快速发酵粉(Fast Rising Yeast) 2茶匙,中筋面粉1大匙,搅拌均匀,静置10分钟。

Then I put the ingredients from 1 and 2 into the breadmaker and use the cycle "Prepare Dough." With the breadmaker I use, the dough is ready in two hours. I often mix all-purpose white flour with whole-wheat flour.
