夏日轻食 -- 草莓酸奶昔 （Strawberry Lassi）

 

最近草莓上市，非常肥美香甜。我的小菜地草莓也长了一些，收了做这个Lassi，降降新泽西这两天都超过90华氏的温度！

 

材料：

1 1/2 cup （12 oz）原味酸奶 （Plain Yogurt）

150 克 草莓 （洗干净，摘去绿蒂）。

3-4 tsp 红糖/白糖 (根据喜好增减）

5-6滴 香草精 （Vannila Extract）

 

所有材料用Blender加点水搅拌成奶昔状，喜欢冻一些的可以加几块冰块。

开胃清爽！
