alaska cruise的 fine dining篇（二）

Le Bistro, french restuarant, $20 per person plus beverage and tax. 虽然NCL对dress 要求不太高，但是感觉dress up后很有气氛。

Dinner 1:

Aqua, contempo style fining dining.晚餐一般都拒绝cafe里的buffet, 所以经常要排长队，好在可以带着pager在船上玩儿，所以不耽误事儿。

Dinner 2:
tuna salad

chicken gnocchi


sea bass


new york strip steak


banana cheese cake


Dinner 3:
lobster tail and trout, 这个比较亚洲化，周围很多Asian 都点这个。


又一个creme burlee


fruit tart


Versailles - 比较传统的style,


Dinner 4:
vietnam spring roll


prime ribs




trout mushroom


orange flavored souffle


cappaccino cheesecake


看了网上对各大cruise line的评价，NCL只属于中等的。可是要运营这样一个float hotel, 喂饱所有游客和staff,加上各种娱乐节目，真的需要杰出的运营能力，很感谢啊，给了我们美好的记忆。
