请教back ribs 和 spare ribs 的中文翻译

一直搞不清楚各种排骨的翻译,看了英文和中文的分类,越来越糊涂。

是不是side ribs=小排,back ribs=子排,那么肋排的英文是什么,Rib tips的中文是什么?

请教大家,谢谢! 下面是网上查到的:

Spare ribs or side ribs, are taken from the belly side of the rib cage, below the section of back ribs and above the sternum (breast bone). Spare ribs are flatter and contain more bone than meat. There is also quite a bit of fat which can make the ribs more tender than back ribs.

back ribs are taken from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, below the loin muscle.  The designation "baby" indicates the cuts are from market weight hogs, rather than sows.  They have meat between the bones and on top of the bones, and are shorter, curved, and sometimes meatier than spare ribs.

Rib tips are short, meaty sections of rib that are attached to the lower end of the spare ribs, between the ribs and the sternum.

子排是指腹腔连接背脊的部位,它的下方是五花肉,片下的排骨长达30厘米,呈三角形斜切片状。子排的肉层很厚,隔着一层薄油还连了一块五花肉,油脂丰厚,肉质是所有排骨中最嫩的。

小排小排是指猪腹腔靠近肚腩部分的排骨,它的上边是肋排和子排,小排的肉层比较厚,并带有白色软骨。适合蒸、炸、烤,但是要剁小块

肋排肋排是胸腔的片状排骨,肉层比较薄,肉质比较瘦,口感比较嫩,但是因为有一侧连接背脊,所以骨头会比较粗
