上海“三黄”鸡、竹筒茶饭、茶香多春鱼

上海大兴三黄鸡：











茶香竹筒饭：







茶香竹筒饭的做法；腊肠2根、鲍鱼2只、蘑菇少许，米、茶水……[先说一个小插曲，说起茶，在我的世界观中只认三种茶，红、绿茶外加袋泡茶，其余都分不清了，除了相对能品出好坏，呵呵，今煮饭我只知用的是绿茶，知茶者轻拍，在此先谢，哈哈]
原料切片洗净，拌了泡过的米中，加入冲泡过的茶水，量与米齐平，放入竹筒中蒸40分钟即成



茶香浓郁、鲜香不膩，吃时冲入茶水更爽



茶香多春鱼







多春鱼1磅、抹茶、面粉少各少许、蛋1个、盐……鱼洗净用纸吸干水份撒盐少许，面粉中加入蛋、抹茶、盐拌至稀糊状，油锅烧7成热，将鱼入糊挂匀入油中炸成型捞出，最后复炸一次至脆即成，吃时沾抹茶盐即可，盐3茶1
